EasyForm.ca provides tools for creating, distributing, and managing digital forms. You agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that only authorized personnel access your dashboard.

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all forms, submissions, and uploaded content. EasyForm.ca does not claim rights to your data.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
